Responsibilities:

Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and goals set by the patient and healthcare team. Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and endurance. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists, to provide interdisciplinary care and ensure continuity of treatment. Document patient care activities, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with regulatory standards and facility policies.

Qualifications:
