About us Kuleana Physical Therapy and Wellness is a small business in Haleiwa, HI. We are professional, social, supportive, and community oriented clinic. Our goal is to hire a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at our outpatient clinic. Wellness programs Lively atmosphere Growth opportunities Flexible working hours Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine physical therapy needs and goals. Develop personalized treatment plans and exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs. Provide unwavering support, empathy, and understanding to all patients. Administer therapeutic interventions and modalities to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and restore function. Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and home exercise programs. Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Consider the patient's overall well-being, addressing not only physical but also emotional and psychological aspects. Stay current with the latest advances in physical therapy and evidence-based practices.
Experience:
Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT preferred) New graduates welcome Qualifications Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist. CPR certification. Strong clinical and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and patient education abilities. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in outpatient physical therapy is a plus but not required.
