Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES I. JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible to the Manager. Provides inpatient and outpatient Physical Therapy and wound management services as part of the physical therapy plan of care and plans, develops, and implements rehabilitation programs according to principles of physical therapy and applicable scope of practice, licensure, and demonstrated competency.

Both inside and outside environmental conditions, hazardous physical conditions with some exposure to communicable diseases or bodily fluids, and atmospheric conditions which affect the respiratory system or skin.
VI. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE
Current Hawaii State license as a Physical Therapist. A registered member of the National APTA preferred. Current BLS certification.
B. EXPERIENCE
