Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide patient evaluations and treatment across 75% outpatient and 25% inpatient settings. The role includes working in acute care, ICU, Med/Surg, SNF, and the hospital-based outpatient clinic, delivering high-quality rehabilitation services in a rural healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Treat patients in outpatient, acute care, ICU, Med/Surg, SNF, and occasionally OB settings. Assist with mobility progression, rehabilitation, and discharge planning. Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team. Maintain accurate documentation and patient education. Manage a daily caseload of 5-15 patients, with 30-45-minute treatments and 60-minute evaluations. Requirements Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Active Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain a Hawaii PT License immediately. Experience in outpatient and acute care settings preferred.
