One Strong Woman Therapy is an independent, women-owned pelvic health practice in Davenport, Iowa. We treat the things women have been told to just live with — leaking, painful intimacy, postpartum recovery, perimenopause symptoms, and more. We see nearly 200 patients a week and we have grown from a solo practice in 2022 to a team of 8+ clinicians. And we are just getting started.
What you will do:
Conduct thorough pelvic floor evaluations and build individualized treatment plans Treat women across the full spectrum — prenatal, postpartum, c-section recovery, diastasis recti, incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, painful intimacy, constipation, and perimenopause Provide care that makes patients feel like someone finally listened What we are looking for: Licensed PT or OT in Iowa — or actively working toward licensure Some pelvic floor experience preferred — passionate new graduates with relevant training encouraged to apply Post-graduate certification in pelvic health is a plus Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and hands-on care Genuinely committed to trauma-informed, shame-free, patient-centered care — this is non-negotiable here Passionate about women's health and believes the symptoms women are told to live with deserve real treatment We offer medical, dental and vision insurance.
