Schedule/Hours:
Orientation every Monday (Weekly)
NBO:
16 hours You may float within your discipline across local campuses Expectation to work 1-2 out of 3 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
Qualifications:
Active Physical Therapy license Recent experience in a hospital setting (preferably acute care) Proficiency with EMR, particularly EPIC Strong commitment to both independent and interdisciplinary patient care Adaptable, reliable, and committed to exemplary clinical standards Willingness to float as needed
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality physical therapy care as a vital part of an interdisciplinary team Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized care for diverse patient populations Educate patients and families regarding care plans and rehabilitation strategies Maintain clear, accurate documentation in EPIC Adapt practice to meet the needs of floating assignments within the local system
