Schedule/Hours:
Weekly start date options, beginning every Monday Expected orientation of 16 hours May require floating within the therapy discipline locally Summer holidays: Required to work 1-2 of
Memorial Day, Independence Day, or Labor Day Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional hospital-based physical therapy services in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team Accurately document patient progress and care using
EPIC EMR
Manage a dynamic caseload, occasionally floating to local campuses as needed Demonstrate adaptability when responding to on-call needs or cross-campus assignments Uphold the highest standards of patient care, safety, and professional practice
Qualifications:
Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist Previous hospital-based therapy experience preferred Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills Comfortable adapting to new technology and EMR systems
