Overview Position:

Physical Therapist -

Outpatient Location:

1307 S. Broadway, Toledo, IA 52342

Schedule:

Monday- Friday some early days and some later evenings until 6:00p.m.

Compensation:

Starting at $80,000 annual base

Incentives:

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
