Performance Physical Therapist

We are a small speciality cash-based physical therapy practice that focuses on one-on-one treatment in a supportive, low-volume environment. We believe excellence looks different, and by excellence we mean BETTER. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ICE Trained (Institute of Clinical Excellence) Physical Therapist with a strong clinical interest or experience in orthopedics and fitness forward physical therapy - At least 2 ICE courses is required for employment or a plan to We value a PT who lives a fitness forward lifestyle - if you are encouraging patients to exercise, you should also be doing that yourself. This role is perfect for someone who values autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, and a performance-based pay model that rewards high-quality care and patient engagement. Our team is built around growth, mentorship, and strength. We don't just help patients get stronger—we value clinicians who want to develop clinically, professionally, and physically themselves. You get 50% of you patient caseload. We charge $175 so you get $87.50 per client. For treating 30 people a week - this is a net 6 figure salary.
