Job Description

Location:
We have 6 locations around the
Valley:
Fruitland, Weiser, Caldwell, Nampa, Meridian and Kuna. Job openings in multiple locations What we are looking for: We are actively seeking prospective PTs to work full-time, Monday through Friday, with the option to work a four-day-per-week schedule. Your compensation package will consist of an annual salary, performance-based incentives, insurance, 401k match, PTO, and allowance for Continuing Education. Annual fuel stipends will be considered, dependent upon location of hiring facility.
Job Description:
These positions will fall in a salary range of $80,000 to $90,000, depending on experience. In addition, we would like to discuss performance-based incentives with you. We match 3% in 401k, and will pay for two annual continuing education courses. Annual fuel stipends may be added into the package, and we would be open to discuss this with you. These positions are expected to be full-time, with 40 hours of dedicate work per week. We operate Mondays through Fridays, and keep our facilities open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. While standard, eight-hour workdays are available, we also offer the opportunity to work ten-hour days, meaning you can have a four-day work week. We also offer monthly performance bonuses.
Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid Physical Therapy License in the state of Idaho, or proof of license eligibility
  • A Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
  • Strong interpersonal and communicative skills
  • Ability to remain organized while effectively managing time
Duties:
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy programs designed to restore, reinforce and enhance performance
  • Identify need for and make referral to other disciplines to address the comprehensive needs of the patient
  • Instruct, educate and train patients and caregivers in the skills and functions essential for promoting patient independence and productivity, in order to diminish or correct pathology
  • Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, provisional licensees, students and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to accurately assess patients' conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Proficiency in trigger point therapy techniques to effectively address muscle tension and pain.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex medical concepts to patients in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to adapt treatment plans based on patients' progress or changing needs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
