9689802-83686 Job Description A physical therapist with expertise in school-based therapy and telehealth services is sought to provide support within a school setting in Nampa, ID. This contract position involves delivering specialized physical therapy interventions to students, addressing their individual needs through both in-person and remote sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans to support student development. Implement therapeutic interventions in the school environment and via telehealth platforms to facilitate access for all students. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals within classroom activities. Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, progress notes, and communication with stakeholders according to regulatory standards. Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary plans supporting student success.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapist with experience in pediatric or school-based therapy. Proficient in delivering physical therapy services via telehealth platforms.
