This is not a clinic built around micromanagement, corporate quotas, or handing patient care off to aides and technicians. Every patient is treated by a licensed clinician at every visit. You will work alongside experienced Physical Therapists who enjoy learning from one another, sharing ideas, and helping patients achieve meaningful outcomes. You will also have a schedule that includes guaranteed lunch breaks, a half-day Friday, no weekend hours, and no on-call responsibilities. You will have the freedom to evaluate each patient, develop an individualized treatment plan, and use the techniques you believe will help that person achieve the best possible outcome. You will also have access to a variety of advanced treatment tools that can be incorporated into patient care when clinically appropriate, including shockwave therapy, deep tissue laser therapy, Winback, BEMER, and dry needling. These technologies give you more options when creating individualized treatment plans and allow you to continue expanding your clinical skill set. You will not be expected to follow a rigid corporate treatment formula, use the same approach for every patient, or practice exactly like every other therapist in the clinic. Our team values collaboration without micromanagement. Support and mentorship are available when you want them, while your experience, ideas, and clinical judgment are respected. Licensed Clinicians Provide the Care Patients at High Desert Osteopractic Physical Therapy are treated by a licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant at every visit. Care is not delegated to aides or technicians. You will work in a structured treatment environment with support staff available, allowing you to focus on clinical decision-making, patient education, and meaningful progress.
