We are seeking PRN & a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our compassionate care team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by helping residents achieve their highest level of physical independence and well-being.

Responsibilities include:

Evaluating, diagnosing, and treating residents with physical, functional, and mobility challenges. Developing personalized treatment plans that promote strength, balance, and functional independence. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic, resident-centered care. Educating residents, families, and caregivers on exercises, mobility strategies, and progress.

Qualifications:

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
