Our full-time outpatient Physical Therapist opportunity is within a privately owned practice offering a collaborative and supportive environment. Our role provides the ability to work independently while building strong patient relationships and delivering orthopedic and sports medicine care. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Position Offers:

Full-time position

Compensation:

$95,000 - $110,000 annually (DOE) Monday-Friday schedule with potential half-day Saturdays Day off provided during the week if Saturday is worked Productivity bonus program Employer-paid malpractice insurance coverage Health insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) retirement plan Flexible patient age range based on provider preference

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting Provide post-operative rehabilitation services Treat orthopedic and sports medicine conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Document patient care using WebPT EMR Educate patients on treatment goals and home exercise programs Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with clinic providers to support optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Active Illinois Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to work independently in a multidisciplinary setting Orthopedic and sports medicine experience preferred
