PHYSICAL THERAPIST
(PT) - HOME HEALTH Aurora, IL & Surrounding Communities Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available Earn $80-$125 Per Visit | Flexible Scheduling | Mileage Reimbursement Astra Health is seeking dedicated Physical Therapists to join our growing home health team in Aurora and surrounding communities. Compensation & Schedule Per-Visit Rates:
$80-$125
Full-Time:
26 points per week
Part-Time:
15 points per week Productivity Point System Start of Care (SOC) = 2 Points PT Evaluation = 1.5 Points Recertification/Resumption of Care = 1.5 Points Routine Visit/Discharge = 1 Point Why Join Astra Health?
