Job position description:
We are looking for licensed home health physical therapists with previous experience in therapy, rehabilitation, or another related field. Must be able to provide quality service that meets the patient's goals and needs, proactive with patients, and a team player. Must also be able to fully commit to their availability as we are offering a flexible work schedule system, and should have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Depending on your field of expertise, you are expected to deliver the following: Provide one-on-one therapeutic treatment to promote the ability to move, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability. Create individual treatment programs and suggest changes to the person's environment so they can independently carry out everyday tasks or occupations with more confidence and independence.
