Evanston, Illinois ?? Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing team in Evanston, IL. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to help individuals restore function, improve mobility, and enhance overall quality of life. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members Ensure a safe, supportive, and motivating environment for patients Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program Active Illinois Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to delivering patient-centered, high-quality care Ability to work independently and as part of a team New graduates are welcome to apply ; prior outpatient or clinical experience is a plus Preferred Skills Experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports rehab, or manual therapy Familiarity with EMR systems Strong problem-solving and clinical decision-making abilities Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Generous paid time off and holiday schedule Continuing education support and professional development opportunities Collaborative and supportive work environment About Us We are a patient-focused clinic dedicated to delivering exceptional rehabilitation services to the Evanston community.
