Your Qualifications:

Valid Physical Therapy License in Illinois or eligibility to obtain one (Required). A fervent commitment to patient-centered care. Desire to be part of a team that values communication and collaboration.

Pay Range:

USD $72,000.00 - USD $85,000.00 /Yr.
