Elgin, Illinois Status:
Full-Time (40 Hours/Week)
Days/Hours:
Days and evenings (no weekends) Salary Range (depending on experience): $80,000 - $124,800/year (plus bonuses) - plus a $10,000 Sign-on Bonus! Summary Responsible for assisting the clinic through the Fox Valley Orthopedics mission, vision, and values for developing a high performing team which consistently delivers growth and extraordinary customer outcomes. Incumbents in this role will have a direct reporting relationship to the clinic manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Responsible for day-to-day operations of the clinic, supervision of Subordinate (PTA, Tech) clinic staff in addition to a full schedule of patient treatment. Meet or exceed clinic goals set by Department and Clinic Manager related to operational performance metrics. Cultivate relationships between staff and patients as well as the community. Assist with building a team culture with a PT/ PTA/ Tech. Directs activities of PTA's and Techs as needed for quality patient care, efficiency, and productivity. Adheres to policies and procedures including CEUs, vacation/time off, punctuality/attendance. Maintains appropriate confidentiality. Notifies/documents patient discharge to doctors. Support development of team members to ensure high quality of care while insuring good efficiencies and productivity per the prescribed metrics. Develop individualized plans of care and treat patients through all phases of physical therapy with an emphasis towards compassionate, comprehensive, and evidenced based approaches, restoring patients to full functionality. Complete daily patient care, progress, and discharge notes within 24 hours. Provide continuous communication with referring physicians and other referral sources. Participates in marketing services within Fox Valley Orthopedics as well as with outside of FVO for referral opportunities. Maintain clinical logs and checklists necessary for compliance. Provide excellent patient care as a primary goal and demonstrate and communicate these skills to your patient to provide an exceptional experience for your patients. Experience Required:
A degree in Physical Therapy Current active Physical Therapy license and license eligible to practice Physical Therapy in the
State of Illinois Preferred:
