About the job Company Description We provide comprehensive health and wellness services, including fitness classes, massage therapy, and Pilates-based physical therapy. Located in Evergreen Park, Illinois, the facility is dedicated to improving the overall well-being of individuals. Its patient-centered approach aims to empower clients to achieve their health and fitness goals through customized care and expert guidance. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Pediatric Physical Therapist based in Evergreen Park, IL. The Pediatric Physical Therapist will assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to support children with diverse physical, developmental, and mobility challenges. Daily responsibilities include performing evaluations, delivering therapy sessions, creating therapeutic activities, educating families, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support positive outcomes for pediatric patients. Qualifications Proficiency in pediatric physical therapy, assessment, and treatment planning Strong understanding of developmental milestones, motor skills, and rehabilitation techniques Ability to build rapport with children and families, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in conducting therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches and therapeutic exercises Knowledge of clinical documentation, compliance standards, and care coordination Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Illinois Experience or interest in working with pediatric populations; certifications in pediatric physical therapy are a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
