B.yond Physical Therapy | Glenview, IL About B.yond Physical Therapy B.yond Physical Therapy is a woman-owned outpatient private practice dedicated to bridging the gap between rehabilitation and lifelong wellness. We specialize in orthopedic, sports and women's health physical therapy through individualized, evidence-based care in a collaborative, performance-driven environment. Our Glenview clinic is uniquely located inside MSF Performance , allowing our therapists to work alongside personal trainers and active individuals ranging from youth athletes to adults looking to return to the activities they love. Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and patient-centered Orthopedic/Sports Physical Therapist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who values one-on-one patient care, enjoys working with active populations, and wants to practice in an environment that prioritizes clinical autonomy and professional growth. At B.yond Physical Therapy, every patient receives one-on-one, individualized treatment with a Doctor of Physical Therapy for the full duration of each visit—allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional outcomes rather than managing high patient volumes. What You'll Do Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports-related conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practice. Provide one-on-one patient care throughout every session. Collaborate with performance coaches and other healthcare professionals. Educate patients on injury prevention, movement optimization, and long-term wellness. Maintain timely and accurate documentation using Jane. Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. Current Illinois Physical Therapy license (or eligible for licensure). Minimum of 2 years of orthopedic experience preferred. Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
