Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist is a qualified professional who assesses, directs, supervises, evaluates and provides physical therapy services to patients. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist (PT) therapy program - New grads welcome! Current Illinois state licensure. Maintains current CPR Certification with recertification is at least 30 days prior to expiration. Communicates, consults and works cooperatively with other team members to provide comprehensive patient care. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Results-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills. Responsibilities Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation. Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery. Evaluate the effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress. Record and document patient care services in a timely manner. Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care.
