Join a traveling Physical Therapist opportunity in Lake in the Hills, IL where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. This outpatient role involves evaluating assigned patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, documenting clinical care, supervising discipline-specific therapy services, and participating in performance improvement and student programs. You will uphold professional standards, safety practices, and organizational values while promoting patient-centered functional outcomes. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Illinois state license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in outpatient physical therapy required. Clinical experience evaluating and treating musculoskeletal and functional impairments is required. Demonstrated competency in documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with regulatory and payer requirements. Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants and participate in student clinical education. Preferred Qualifications Prior travel or contract outpatient PT experience preferred. Advanced training in orthopedics, dry needling, manual therapy, or other evidence-based modalities preferred.
Assignment Details Shift pattern:
5x8 (Monday through Friday).

June 8th (start month provided in order notes). Clinician will work in an outpatient clinic and may be expected to follow clinic guidelines for appearance, attendance, and competency requirements.
