•Job Summary• Full-Time Physical Therapist - Private Orthopaedic Practice We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our private orthopaedic practice with two convenient locations. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, individualized care to patients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries and surgeries.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and develop personalized treatment plans for orthopaedic patients Implement evidence-based therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure coordinated care Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist in IL Experience in orthopaedics preferred Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and travel between both locations
