Key Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist at Head Hunters Chiropractic Clinic, you will: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients to restore mobility, relieve pain, and prevent disability. Oversee the work of Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure high-quality care and adherence to treatment protocols. Conduct thorough evaluations using diagnostic tests to assess muscle, nerve, joint, and functional abilities. Provide therapy services as prescribed by referring physicians, including manual and non-manual therapeutic exercises, traction, and physical agents. Evaluate client home environments and recommend modifications to enhance their rehabilitation experience and promote independence. Document and maintain accurate clinical records, including initial evaluations, care plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, in alignment with OASIS guidelines. Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress, modify care strategies, and explore community resources. Educate clients and their families on therapeutic devices, care, and exercise routines to support their rehabilitation journey. Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations while also ensuring that documentation standards are met consistently. Stay accessible for consultation with Physical Therapy Assistants to facilitate effective treatment delivery. Contribute to additional projects and responsibilities as assigned to further our clinic's goals. A valid PT license in good standing with the state of Illinois. Current CPR certification and a valid driver's license with automobile insurance.
