What You'll Do:
As a Physical Therapist, you will develop and implement comprehensive rehabilitation plans utilizing therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, physical modalities, gait training, manual techniques, and more. Your effective communication and interpersonal skills will motivate and inspire patients, guiding them through their recovery journey with empathy and professionalism. Required Skills:
Valid State Licensure in Physical Therapy Proven experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, and manual therapy techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Commitment to compassionate patient care Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and priorities Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations Additional certifications such as CPR or specialized modalities
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program At least 1-2 years of inpatient physical therapy experience preferred
