8:00 AM•3:00 PM, Monday-Friday (26-32.5 paid hours per week)

School Year:

2026-2027 A school district near Maywood, Illinois is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for the upcoming school year. This position is available on either a full-time (5 days/week) or part-time (4 days/week) basis and offers the opportunity to support students in a collaborative educational environment. Responsibilities Conduct physical therapy evaluations and assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals. Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services. Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports. Caseload Students ranging from Kindergarten through age 22. Services provided across multiple school sites and specialized educational programs. Qualifications Active Illinois Physical Therapist license. Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Education Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
