Mount Vernon, IL Pay Rate (Local): $65/hr
Total Travel Package:
$2,726.00/week Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for travel package

+ Taxable Wages = $1,480.00/week
+ Weekly Housing Allowance = $770.00/week
+ Weekly Meals & Incidentals Allowance = $476.00/week Estimated Weekly Take Home after taxes = $2,356.00/ week
Schedule:
+ 8 hour days ; M
•F + 8 AM
•4:30 PM + mileage reimbursement for all visits +
Coverage Areas:
White, Hamilton, Franklin, Saline Duration:
+ 12 weeks (extension likely)
Requirements:
+ 2+ year of experience as Physical Therapist
+ Provide home Physical Therapy evaluations, and education to home health patients. Over see creating plans of care for PTAs
+ Limited to no requested time off
+ IL PT License + home health experience + oasis experience preferred
+ HCHB experience preferred
