Position Overview Assert Motion Physical Therapy is seeking a passionate and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team in Naperville, Illinois. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to make a significant impact in the field of outpatient care. You will play a vital role in enabling our patients to regain their mobility and improve their quality of life through tailored therapeutic interventions. About the Organization Assert Motion Physical Therapy is a leading private practice specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive and collaborative environment where our team members can thrive. Our facility spans 5,000 square feet and is equipped with advanced sports medicine technology, allowing us to provide the highest quality care to our clients. Our dedicated team consists of two Physical Therapists and one Physical Therapy Assistant who work together to ensure optimal treatment outcomes for our patients. Work Environment This role will primarily be onsite, focusing on home care settings. Our team is committed to supporting each patient's journey toward recovery through personalized treatment plans designed to address individual needs. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, promoting a healthy work-life balance while allowing you to dedicate your expertise to a fulfilling patient-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Assess and evaluate patients' conditions and needs to develop personalized treatment plans. Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions, managing a caseload of one patient per hour. Implement evidence-based interventions to enhance movement, reduce pain, and increase functional capabilities. Design and supervise individualized exercise and wellness programs that align with treatment goals. Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Document treatment plans and patient progress meticulously in our WebPT EMR Software, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and other healthcare providers, to deliver comprehensive patient care. Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering a strong therapeutic alliance. Patient Population / Client Focus Our primary focus is to serve patients with orthopedic conditions, many of whom have private medical insurance. You will work closely with a diverse population, helping individuals recover from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. Your expertise in orthopedic therapy will directly contribute to our patients' ability to regain mobility and embrace a healthier lifestyle. Qualifications Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program. Current and valid Illinois Physical Therapist license. Strong manual therapy skills and knowledge of exercise prescription. A track record of professionalism with no disciplinary actions pertaining to your licensure. Proficient with electronic health record systems, particularly WebPT. Preferred Experience Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable. Ability to develop and implement effective treatment protocols. Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Compensation and Benefits This position offers a competitive salary range of
USD 90,000 - 110,000
