Job Description

Category Schools - PT Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding role supporting students of all abilities as a full-time onsite Physical Therapist in a school setting near Orland Park, IL. This contract assignment offers a dynamic environment where you'll make a meaningful impact on students ranging from ages 3 to 21. The position runs from August 19, 2026, through June 1, 2027, providing a stable schedule of 35 hours per week. The focus is on in-person service delivery, ensuring you'll be actively engaged in assessment, intervention, and collaboration directly on campus. To excel, you will bring clinical expertise and adaptability to address diverse student needs and contribute to comprehensive educational support. Your efforts will help shape evidence-based physical therapy programs that empower students with disabilities and support professional development for fellow educators.
Qualifications:
Active Illinois Physical Therapist license required Experience in pediatric, school, or educational settings preferred Strong skills in creating and delivering individualized and group interventions Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including teachers, parents, and administrators Excellent communication abilities Flexibility to work with students from preschool through age 21, as assigned
Responsibilities:
