Physical Therapist Rockford IL $120K+ earning potential | Collaborative, functional recovery-focused care We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team full time in Rockford IL. We're looking for a Physical Therapist who wants to earn more while working in a lower-stress, patient-focused environment. About the Role Join a busy multidisciplinary clinic treating adult patients with acute and chronic pain. The patient population is primarily 60+, commonly presenting with: Knee arthritis Spinal pain Balance and coordination issues (often neuropathy-related) You'll be part of a team-based care model, working alongside physicians and other providers. Many cases are co-managed allowing you to focus on outcomes, not just volume. What You'll Do Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Restore function, reduce pain, and prevent disability Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities Collaborate with other providers on patient care Track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients and families on recovery and home programs Maintain accurate documentation
