ASAP About the Position Job Title Physical Therapist Location Anderson, SC Schedule / Job Type Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5 x 8-hour shifts per week, 40 hours per week Key Responsibilities Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner Collaborate with the care team to support patient progress and outcomes Maintain compliance with facility credentialing and documentation requirements prior to and during assignment Required Qualifications Active South Carolina Physical Therapist license — permanent state license required (compact license not accepted) Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing requirements before assignment start Must not have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year Preferred Experience / Skills Previous travel therapy experience in an outpatient rehabilitation environment Strong documentation skills and familiarity with outpatient EMR systems Why Join Us Equipment provided — no need to bring your own supplies to get started Parking provided and onboarding details communicated on your first day
