Contract or Direct Hire Job Description Staffing Strategies is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) for an outstanding outpatient orthopedic opportunity in Brownsburg, Indiana . This position offers the opportunity to work in a highly respected orthopedic environment treating patients with a variety of bone, joint, spine, muscle, sports medicine, and post-surgical rehabilitation needs . This is a Monday-Friday outpatient position with no weekend requirement , offering an excellent work-life balance. The clinic emphasizes individualized, one-on-one patient care without an expectation of double-booking patients . Candidates may be considered for either a full-time contract position through Staffing Strategies or direct-hire placement with the client , depending on preference. Physical Therapist Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy and rehabilitation Treat patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and musculoskeletal conditions Provide pre-operative and post-operative rehabilitation as appropriate Implement therapeutic exercise, mobility, strengthening, and functional rehabilitation programs Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate Educate patients regarding their condition, rehabilitation goals, and home exercise programs Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record Communicate with physicians and other members of the care team regarding patient progress Help patients improve mobility, function, strength, and independence Qualifications Active Indiana Physical Therapist license required Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program Outpatient and/or orthopedic experience preferred Newer graduates with strong orthopedic clinical experience are encouraged to apply Strong communication and patient-care skills Ability to work effectively in a collaborative orthopedic environment Compensation & Schedule $50-$55 per hour for contract candidates Full-time hours Monday-Friday Day shift No weekends No major holidays Contract or direct-hire options available Consistent outpatient clinic schedule One-on-one patient treatment model Why This Opportunity?
