Job Description

Category Schools - PT Job Type Contract Make a meaningful difference supporting students by providing physical therapy services in a school-based contract position near Brownsburg, IN. This role offers part-time hours, with flexibility to structure your schedule for 4-6 hours each day and the convenience of choosing which days during the week you work. You'll work with an 11-student caseload, helping each student achieve their individual goals within a supportive educational setting.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Indiana Experience supporting children and/or youth in school or pediatric settings is preferred Strong communication and organizational abilities Comfort working independently and collaborating with school staff, families, and other service providers Dedication to individualized, student-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement customized physical therapy treatment plans for a caseload of 11 students Conduct evaluations to assess students' motor skills, mobility, and functional abilities within the school environment Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other therapists to ensure coordinated, effective support Document assessments, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with school and regulatory requirements Adapt interventions and strategies to promote accessibility, participation, and independence in the classroom and throughout the school day This contract offers outstanding flexibility—ideal for therapists seeking a balanced schedule or supplemental hours.
