Our physical therapy center in Fort Wayne, IN is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist who is a motivated self‑starter and passionate about growing professionally through mentorship and continued learning. As part of our dynamic outpatient orthopedic team, you'll treat a diverse caseload spanning all ages and diagnoses, including acute and chronic conditions, post‑operative patients, vestibular and concussion rehab, neurological conditions, sports performance, and more. 1:1 mentorship provided for all new graduates!
Compensation:
Salary starting at $74,000 up to $90,000 (Commensurate with experience) Up to $20,000 Sign On Bonus $350/ Monthly Student Debt Repayment Program Mileage Reimbursement between clinics provided
Location:
Join our Fort Wayne team! This role includes working at our Lima Road, Dupont Road, and Maysville Road locations, with travel between sites as needed. We provide mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities:
Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
Qualifications:
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice CPR certification
