Our physical therapy center in Ft Wayne , IN is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist who is a motivated self‑starter and passionate about growing professionally through mentorship and continued learning. As part of our dynamic outpatient orthopedic team, you'll treat a diverse caseload spanning all ages and diagnoses, including acute and chronic conditions, post‑operative patients, vestibular and concussion rehab, sports performance, dry needling and more! 1:1 mentorship provided for all new graduates!

Compensation:

Salary starting at $75,000 up to $105,000 (Commensurate with experience) Up to $20,000 Sign On Bonus $350/

Responsibilities:

Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school Outpatient clinical experience if a new grad Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if a seaoned clinician Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice CPR certification
