Full-Time We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join a collaborative inpatient rehabilitation team in Indianapolis. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who enjoys helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence following illness, injury, surgery, or hospitalization.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled PT interventions focused on mobility, strength, balance, endurance, gait, and functional independence Provide gait and transfer training and recommend appropriate assistive devices Establish measurable goals and monitor patient progress Collaborate with physicians, nursing, OT, SLP, case management, and other members of the rehabilitation team Educate patients and families regarding treatment, safety, and discharge planning Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Active Indiana PT license or ability to obtain Inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, or similar experience preferred New graduates are encouraged to apply Strong communication and interdisciplinary teamwork skills Why Apply? $45
