Spring Mill Health Campus Employment Type:
Part-Time Are you a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity? Spring Mill Health Campus is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team and help residents improve their strength, mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.
Position Responsibilities:
Evaluate residents' mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation services Monitor residents' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Educate residents, families, and team members on treatment goals and safety Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team Follow all professional, facility, and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Indiana Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
