  • Inpatient therapy coverage on weekends and for PTO backfill
  • Join a collaborative and patient-focused therapy team where your skills make a real impact. As a Physical Therapist, you'll assess, treat, and guide patients through personalized recovery plans. You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes and enhance the patient experience, all while growing your own clinical and leadership skills in a supportive environment.
  • What You'll Do
  • + Assess and treat patients referred to the Physical Therapy department + Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals + Educate patients and families on diagnoses, therapy plans, and home exercises + Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and prepare discharge recommendations + Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and timely + Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in staff meetings and case management + Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, rehab techs, and volunteers + Participate in departmental initiatives and student programs •What We're Looking For•
Education:
  • + Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Licensure & Certifications:
  • + Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Indiana + Current CPR certification
  • Experience:
  • + Clinical experience preferred + New graduates welcome
  • Skills:
  • + Strong verbal and written communication + Problem-solving and sound judgment + Ability to manage varying caseloads and schedules + Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to departmental needs
