Category Schools - PT - Telehealth Job Type Contract A part-time Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in telehealth and school-based therapy is sought for a contract position in New Market, Indiana. This opportunity involves delivering therapeutic services within an educational setting, supporting students' physical development and functional abilities through both in-person and remote sessions.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to students' needs Providing telehealth and in-person physical therapy interventions to enhance mobility and participation in school activities Collaborating with educators, caregivers, and other professionals to promote student progress and functional goals Documenting therapy sessions accurately and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of intervention strategies Qualifications and experience: Licensed Physical Therapist with credentials valid in Indiana Experience delivering physical therapy services in school environments preferred Proficiency in telehealth platforms and remote therapy delivery Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and school staff Ability to work independently and manage part-time hours reliably
