Pay Rate:
Up to $65/hr (5-10 hrs C-PRN Weekly• Oak Village Healthcare is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide PRN therapeutic care in Oaktown, IN. This flexible role is perfect for therapists who want meaningful patient interaction while maintaining schedule flexibility.
Responsibilities:
Perform evaluations and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered interventions Document care accurately and update goals as needed Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident outcomes Maintain compliance, quality, documentation, and ethical standards
Qualifications:
