Rehabilitation Schedule:

Full-Time We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join a skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in Paoli, Indiana. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with patients recovering from illness, injury, surgery, and hospitalization while helping them regain mobility and independence.

Responsibilities:

Perform PT evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans Treat deficits involving strength, balance, gait, mobility, endurance, and functional performance Provide transfer and assistive-device training Establish functional goals and monitor progress Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team Educate patients, families, and caregivers Complete documentation and participate in discharge planning

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Active Indiana PT license or ability to obtain SNF, LTC, post-acute, or rehabilitation experience preferred New graduates are encouraged to apply Why Apply? $45
