Job Description
Overview We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) for a very flexible home health position serving adult and geriatric patients. This role offers independence, strong support, and good pay.
What You'll Do:
Evaluate patients referred by physicians using diagnosis-specific assessments Provide in-home PT visits for adult and geriatric patients Complete timely documentation (evaluations, progress notes, time & mileage) Schedule and manage your daily patient visits Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members Communicate patient progress and updates as neededPay & Benefits:
