JOB DESCRIPTION
A physical therapist (PT) is a health care professional that provides services to individuals of all ages who have impairments, functional limitations, disabilities or changes in physical function and health. Physical therapists interact with other health care professionals in completing documentation such as evaluations, care plans, daily notes, and discharges in a timely manner. Physical therapists treat patients in inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings. Physical therapists must work closely with patients to learn more about their conditions to develop personalized treatment plans.
