RehabVisions is hiring a Physical Therapist in Hiawatha, Kansas , for our company-owned outpatient clinic. PRN, part-time and full-time schedules are available, with potential higher variable hourly rates for PRN and part-time therapists. This opportunity is especially well suited for a Physical Therapist who has experience or an interest in pediatrics or pelvic health . New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply. Physical Therapist Position Highlights $39-$45 per hour, depending on experience PRN, part-time or full-time schedules available Potential higher variable hourly rates for PRN and part-time Sign-on bonus eligible Flexible bonus options may include cash, student loan assistance, career development support or a combination Company-owned outpatient clinic Interest in pediatrics or pelvic health preferred AI-assisted documentation to streamline charting and save time Evidence-based clinical programs that support high-quality patient outcomes Quality-of-care bonus opportunities with cash incentives Mentorship and professional development support New graduates are welcome to apply What You'll Do Evaluate and treat patients based on their individual needs and goals Develop and carry out evidence-based plans of care Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Communicate with patients, families, physicians and other members of the care team Help develop and promote clinical programs and services Provide education and in-services as appropriate Support the successful day-to-day operation of the clinic
Physical Therapist Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's, master's or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program Current Kansas Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
Preferred:
