Saint John Hospital, Leavenworth, KS Seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join a dynamic rehabilitation team in both outpatient and acute inpatient settings. This role offers flexible scheduling, exposure to diverse patient populations including orthopedic, neurological, pelvic floor, vestibular/balance, and post-acute care, and the opportunity to provide 1:1 patient-centered care. Ideal candidates are licensed PTs with strong clinical skills and a passion for collaborative, high-quality rehabilitation services. Here are some of the benefits of working at

https://www.primehealthcare.com/careers/benefits/ Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to): Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments for outpatient and/or inpatient populations Deliver 1:1 patient-centered care focused on functional improvement and outcomes Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for orthopedic, neurological, and specialty conditions Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, compliance, and EMR standards Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and recovery goals Maintain clinical quality, safety standards, and productivity expectations Qualifications Before we go any further, we do have some deal-breakers.
You must have:
Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy. Current state Physical Therapy license.
