Orthopedics Full Job Description Physical Therapist:
Real One-on-One Care, Real Time to Do the Work Right Overland Park, KS | CORE Strategies Physical Therapy $70,000-$85,000/year, plus performance and program incentives Tired of 15-Minute Visits and Double-Booked Schedules? If you got into this profession to actually help people, not to juggle three patients an hour and chart until 9pm, we should talk. At CORE Strategies, you will never double-book, triple-book, or overlap patients. One provider, one patient, the full visit. Every time. That's not a marketing line, it's how we've built our schedules from day one, and it's non-negotiable for us. Why New Grads and Early-Career PTs Choose CORE You get the time you were trained to want. Full one-on-one sessions mean you can actually run the evaluation, coach the exercise, correct the movement, and build the relationship instead of rushing to the next room. You get a genuinely broad caseload. Our orthopedic patient base spans the full lifespan: high school and collegiate athletes, runners, weekend warriors, active adults, and a large population of Medicare-aged clients working to stay strong and independent. You won't get boxed into one niche, you'll build clinical range fast. You get to see change all the way through. Because you're not rushed and not turning patients over quickly, you get to follow people long enough to see the real outcome, not just "pain is down," but rather "I got my life back." You get a system, not just a stack of techniques. We'll train you in a movement-analysis framework you can apply to an 80-year-old working to stay in her own home and a 17-year-old training for varsity season. That's a skill set that compounds over your whole career. Grow Your Income Without Growing Your Caseload Here's where we think differently than most clinics: instead of asking you to see more patients to earn more, we've built a second track that pays you for the depth of impact you create without adding to your one-on-one caseload. Our clients, many of them former patients, often want to keep building strength, function, and independence long after they're discharged.
So we built a solution:
guided small-group functional fitness sessions that keep these clients strong, connected, and out of assisted living, on a model that actually pays for itself. Providers who choose to lead these sessions earn $150/month per full group , on top of base salary. As we grow the program, you benefit. Long-term, it's realistic for this to add $15,000-$20,000/year on top of your therapy compensation. No extra patients on your books. No extra documentation. Just people you already know, staying active, and you getting paid for the impact you help us create. This isn't a "teach a fitness class" ask. It's the natural extension of the one-on-one relationships you're already building and it's one of the only ways in healthcare right now to increase your income by deepening impact instead of increasing volume. What Success Looks Like Here Our best-fit clinicians tend to be: Genuinely energized by long-term relationships with patients, not just fast turnover Curious about movement across the whole lifespan — not just one population Confident asking "what else is possible for this person?" Interested in growing their income through impact and leadership, not just hours worked Self-motivated, accountable, and excited by a clinic that thinks a little differently What We Offer One-on-one care structure guaranteed, no overlap, ever Competitive salary: $70,000-$85,000/year Performance and program-based earning potential above base salary Clinical mentorship and collaborative learning Paid continuing education Health insurance and HSA Company-matched Simple IRA Paid holidays Long-term disability coverage Leadership and growth opportunities The Bottom Line If you want a clinic where the model is built around giving you real time with real patients , and where growing your paycheck doesn't mean shrinking the quality of your care, we'd love to talk.
