Job Description

Family Health & Rehabilitation has an exciting opportunity for a Per Diem (PRN) Physical Therapist in Wichita, KS! Join our in-house rehabilitation team and make a meaningful impact by providing person-centered care that helps residents achieve their highest level of function and independence. This PRN position offers flexible scheduling and is ideal for clinicians looking to help cover caseload overflow, staff vacations, and occasional weekend needs.
Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide skilled physical therapy services to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care. Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and safety strategies. Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants in accordance with state regulations. Complete accurate and timely documentation.
Qualifications:
Active Kansas Physical Therapist license. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care experience preferred. Why Join Us?
