Summary Job Description:
Physical Therapist - Acute/Inpatient Care Full-time, first shift
Job Description:
The Physical Therapist performs all patient evaluations, writes Plan of Care in accordance with MD, completes required documentation and submits within the allotted timeframe, maintains standards of quality in accordance with accepted standards and hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor, Master or Doctoral degree from a physical therapy program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE), or higher. Kentucky license as a physical therapist required.
