Productivity Incentive Bonus Job Summary:
The PT evaluates the patient's comprehensive health care needs in the outpatient clinic and implements an appropriate plan according to those needs utilizing the physician, community resources and the patient's support system. Utilize critical thinking skills for the care of the patient. Provides skilled physical therapy procedures/assessments and instructs patients and their families in the plan of care. Utilize electronic records to document treatment & care.
Requirements:
Current active or current temporary Kentucky Physical Therapy License BLS certification within 90 days of hire Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients graduates encouraged to apply!
